Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) under the Faculty of Commerce, PAHSUS, Solapur

Introduction : The Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is a three-year full-time undergraduate degree program designed to provide students with a solid foundation in commerce, accounting, economics, finance, taxation and business management. The course aims to build analytical, managerial and entrepreneurial skills that prepare students for diverse career opportunities as well as higher education like M.Com, MBA, CA, CS, and other professional studies.

Objectives : The objective of the B.Com program is to develop competent graduates with a strong understanding of business, commerce and industry practices. The program focuses on preparing students to take up careers in banking, finance, accounting, management and entrepreneurship while also nurturing their ability to pursue higher studies and professional qualifications.

Duration :
It is a full-time 3-year degree course, running on a non-grantable basis.
The duration of the course shall be VI semesters spread over three years.

120 Students

Eligibility Criteria :
The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (H.S.C.) conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education with Commerce/Science/Arts stream, or an equivalent examination.

Medium of Instruction :
The medium of instruction is English only.

Scheme of Examination :
As per PAHSUS, Solapur University pattern.
