D.H.B. Soni College, established in 2006 and located in Solapur, Maharashtra, is dedicated to providing quality education that is both career-focused and technologically advanced. The college offers undergraduate programs in B.Sc. (Entire Computer Science) and B.C.A., utilizing ICT-enabled teaching methodologies to equip students with industry-relevant skills. In 2014, the institution broadened its academic offerings by introducing a junior college (Grades XI & XII) with streams in Science and Commerce. Continuing its growth, in 2024, D.H.B. Soni College further expanded to offer postgraduate programs in MCA and M.Sc.(Computer Science), reinforcing its commitment to comprehensive higher education.

Three visionaries from Maharashtra, Late Shri. Rao Bahadur Hanmantaramji Rathi from Pune. Late Shri Laxminarayanji Jaju from Satara and Late Shri. Kishanlalji Lahoti from Karad laid the Foundation of Maheshwari Vidya Pracharak Mandal in the year 1929.
