The Training and Placement Cell at D.H.B. Soni College is dedicated to guiding students toward successful careers through career counseling, placement opportunities, and pre-placement training. By building strong connections with recruiters and organizing campus recruitment drives, we help students explore various career paths, higher education options, and entrepreneurial ventures, preparing them for success in the professional world.

Objectives of the Training & Placement Cell

To provide career guidance about avenues open after graduation. i.e. Higher education, placements or entrepreneurship
To provide recruitment to students.
To provide exposure to B.Sc (ECS) and BCA pursuing students.
To have good relations with the recruiters.
Managing Recruiters correspondence and feedbacks.
Organizing Pre- Placement Trainings.
Providing Training & Placement process awareness to first/ second year students.
Planning and organizing various Placement drives in campus.
Finding, informing and managing Pool Placements drives.
To build the bridge between industry and academia.

Aim of the Training & Placement Cell

To help students build their employability skills and prepare them for internship, employment or entrepreneurship through a structured approach.
