As part of the College Foundation Day 2026 celebrations, D.H.B. Soni College, Solapur organized a Best Out of Waste Competition to encourage creativity, innovation, and environmental awareness among students.
The competition provided students with an opportunity to transform discarded and recyclable materials into attractive and useful items. Participants displayed remarkable imagination by creating decorative pieces, home utility items, and innovative models using waste materials such as paper, plastic bottles, cardboard, fabric, bottle caps, and other reusable resources.
The event was evaluated by respected faculty members, who appreciated the students’ creativity, originality, presentation, and the effective use of waste materials. The competition not only showcased artistic talent but also spread the important message of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, inspiring everyone to adopt eco-friendly practices in their daily lives.
